Chef and owner Dominick DeFlippo is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Dominick worked and trained at top-rated restaurants in Carmel & Monterey, California and has brought his training back to both DeFlippo's Restaurant in Lockport and the Tuscarora Inn. General Manager Thomas DeFlippo is a graduate of
Rochester's Institute of Technology's Hospitality & Service
Management School. For many years, Thomas has coordinated
special events, including four years as Banquet Director at the
Union League Club of Chicago, rated the #1 Private City Club
in the nation. Together, the team has created a private dining
and banquet facility like no other in the area. You can expect
personalized service and excellent food that could never be
achieved by any larger, higher-volume banquet house in WNY.

Choose a room to best accommodate your event:
Features a parquet oak floor, high ceilings, and tasteful artwork. Enter through one of two sets of tall windowed French doors, the room is broken-up by a set of "Ionic" columns. In the colder months keep your guests toasty warm with two fireplaces which sit below beautifully decorated mantels. Perfect for a group of 40 to 60 guests.
The Main Dining Room
A unique long room accented with rich wood-work along all walls and beamed high ceilings. The room gets plenty of natural light from it's wall of paned picture windows and is subtly lit in the evening with stylish wall sconces and attractive ceiling fixtures. Perfect for a group of 60 to 120 guests.
The Parlor opens into the Main Dining Room to create a ballroom that can seat 180 guests and accommodate larger parties & receptions.
A cozy room for smaller gatherings, The Library is painted in earthy, soothing colors. Wood built-in book shelves are filled with classic books and sit on either side of a working fireplace. The walls are decorated with rare black & white pictures of old downtown Lockport.
The Bar & Lodge Room
The Bar room is centered on a unique red cherry curved bar with a brass rail and tall-backed bar stools. The Bar opens into the Lodge Room with dark wood paneled walls, mounted wildlife, tasteful hunting paintings and leather furniture. The rooms have a classic club feel and still sport some traditional Tuscarora Club accents such as the Past Presidents Mantle above the fireplace and T-Club logoed decor. Combined, the rooms are perfect for groups of 30 to 50 guests.
